Andrea Wolf @ Fundación Telefónica Chile

Andrea Wolf is an international artist who found in digital art a space where to develop new forms of expression, her most interesting subjects: the memory and the image-time.
During august and september of 2009, the chilean artist participated in the 9 Bienal of Video and Media Arts at the Fundación Telefónica Chile with a video installation titled "Souvenir".

Lab 1,618 developed for the artist a motion detection system, that is using a Computer Vision system made by an infrared webcam and a specific software who made possible detecting the velocity of movement of the people and to modify some attributes of the video projection designed by the artist.
